How to make a complaint

Complaints can be lodged by addressing the written communication (letter or email), directly to CVO. Complaints sent through written communication (letter or email) should be signed and contain complete details of the complainant viz. postal address, mobile/telephone number, etc. if any with specific details/information of the matter. No action would be taken on the anonymous/ pseudonymous complaints and such complaints should be filed.
